Thai Yoga bodywork is an ancient and sacred healing art with deep roots in yogic and Buddhist practice. It combines the alignment of the breath, yoga stretches, joint mobilization, soft tissue manipulation, rhythmic rocking, acupressure and energy balancing. In this workshop, you will learn the basic movements of Thai Yoga, working with partners; both will be giving and receiving.
Looking to reclaim your peaceful center in the midst of these challenging times and the pre-holiday chaos? Join us for an evening of sharing Buddhist wisdom, plus time to sit together in stillness.

Come take just a little time off from the holiday parties, to-do lists and rush to bask in the powerful energy of kirtan!
