Linda’s yoga teaching style has deep roots in the Kripalu tradition of balance in mind, body and spirit. She has had many influential teachers over her lifetime, leading to a practical and modern knowledge of this ancient practice. The gift of yoga in each class is discovery from the basic foundations of poses, flexibility and strength to breathing and meditation.

Linda Caldwell began practicing yoga at age 12. She completed her first Teacher Training in 2001 and is a 500 hour Professional level Certified Teacher from Kripalu in 2007. She has Restorative, PreNatal, Adaptive MS Yoga, Positional Yoga Therapy certifications and is a Reiki Master. Her positive, therapeutic approach offers students the opportunity to gain flexibility and strength, as well as mental focus using meditative techniques to enhance daily living.
