Dharma talk on the Four Noble Truths: 2nd Truth-The Causes of Suffering

Looking to reclaim your peaceful center in the midst of these challenging times and the pre-holiday chaos? Join us for an evening of sharing Buddhist wisdom, plus time to sit together in stillness.

The talk will be on the 2nd of the “4 Noble Truths” of Buddhism: “the causes of suffering”.

The 4 Noble truths are:

1. Suffering/dissatisfaction exists; 2. There are causes of suffering; 3. The end of suffering is possible; 4. There are ways and a path to do it.

A simple understanding of these practices and teachings often brings relief. It is said that bringing light into darkness, by itself, dispels the darkness. This is appropriate for beginners and experienced practitioners alike. Everyone is welcome!

Exchange: one class pass or $20 cash/check
