As the New Year approaches, let’s join as a community in the contemplative yoga practice that supports our intentions to manifest:
• Personal transformation: becoming more solid and strong, yet gentle and kind. • Planetary transformation: dedicating our practice to Peace for All Beings.
In alignment with our yoga practice, we will work together in a meditation based upon Raja Yoga while holding the intention of the loving salvage of the world close to heart. Sharon Deep, a student of Raja Yoga and Esoteric Astrology, will guide us in using our creative imagination to visualize all our good thoughts and prayers being unified in service to world peace. Our meditation will lift our
loving intentions to the Heart of Love, focusing our energies on the deepest aspirations of humanity and raising the human cry for a better, more loving and just world.
Saturday, December 29 from 4pm–5:30pm
Exchange: $20 early bird pricing thru Dec 24th. $25 thereafter & at the door. Please bring a yoga mat, props and a blanket if you have them.
