CLASS DESCRIPTIONS
We offer a full program of yoga, meditation, healing arts and spiritual exploration through music and movement. Our community of teachers embraces the Kripalu approach to Hatha yoga, emphasizing meditation and breathing techniques and encouraging inward focus and mindfulness. All offered in a caring, supportive, non-judgmental setting to inspire relaxation, strengthening, healing and spiritual awakening. All classes end with savasana, full body relaxation.
Class styles are offered from beginner to experienced, gentle to more challenging, and encourage being present in the moment, letting go of judgment and embracing the journey of a pose not the destination. A variety of supportive props are provided, and students are encouraged to modify the poses to “own their practice”.
