Intermediate Yoga with Kathleen Hinge

This class is appropriate for more experienced practitioners who desire more of a challenge. Students are guided through more advanced postures and are invited to hold poses longer and explore personal variations.

Kathleen’s teaching features detailed instruction in safe alignment, informed by kindness and good humor.  She teaches yoga with the philosophy that growth and flexibility happen only with compassionate acceptance of our bodies as they are.

Please be on time for the in-person classes! The studio is fully equipped with yoga props. You may bring your own yoga props. Should you choose to use any studio equipment, you may if you wish bring a towel to drape between you and any fabric props (bolster, blanket).

Sanitizing wipes and hand sanitizer are available in the yoga room, hallways, and bathrooms.

We are a volunteer-run, not-for-profit community. Your willingness to step in, volunteer and help the teachers put away props and reset the chapel for classes and events is most appreciated.
